- 2 Cups Feta Cheese
- 4 Garlic Cloves, Minced
- 2 Tbsp. Fresh Herbs (like Basil or Oregano), Minced
Combine the feta cheese, garlic and herbs in a small bowl. Spread over thinly-sliced french bread or crackers, or drop small clumps on a bed of fresh garden greens for a zesty salad!
