Easy Berry Cobbler

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup butter (1 stick)
  • 1-1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 16 ounces (or more!) blackberries, blueberries and/or raspberries – whatever berries you like!
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon (optional)
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract (optional)

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350°. Melt butter in a 9″X13” baking pan. Mix sugar, flour, baking powder, cinnamon, milk and vanilla in a mixing bowl. Pour your batter over the melted butter – do NOT stir! Drop in the berries evenly – NO stirring needed!

Bake 30-35 minutes.
